One architecture for a modular HR platform.
This example describes my HRMS architecture and team leadership experience at 2Interact.
The challenge
Deliver and maintain an enterprise HR platform spanning payroll, employee self-service, leave, performance and recruitment.
My contribution
As Software Development Team Lead at 2Interact, I led architecture for more than 70 integrated modules. My work covered requirements, technical direction, code and database review, and mentoring developers.
